Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.

Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, packaging, and coordination with our shipping partners.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Once the package arrives in the United States, it will be delivered by a domestic courier.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $59 USD.

For orders below $59 USD, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier delays
  • peak shipping seasons
  • Aqua_Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Aqua_Lab is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Aqua_Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
