Due to hygiene considerations and the customized nature of our products, most items are final sale once shipped.
We have a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues with your order.
Due to the nature of our products, items that are not defective cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our products include intimate apparel and creative DIY items, which are considered hygiene-sensitive products. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for non-defective items.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you with a replacement if applicable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
However, this right does not apply to hygiene-sensitive or personalized products once they have been opened, used, or customized.
Items must still be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
